Homemade popcorn is such a simple and delicious snack! With just a few simple ingredients you can make healthy popcorn at home. I share how to make stovetop popcorn as well as four delicious flavors!

- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
For Simply Salted:
- 1/2 tsp pink salt
For Everything Bagel:
- 2 Tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
For Parmesan Garlic:
- ½ tsp pink salt
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
For Vegan Cheesy Taco:
- ½ tsp pink salt
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp cumin
Instructions
- Assemble your desired flavoring by combining all ingredients together in a small bowl. Stir, and set aside.
- Add the oil to a heavy-bottomed pot over medium high heat.
- Add three kernels, and cover. When one or more of the kernels pops, add the remaining popcorn kernels and cover.
- Gently shake the pot over the heat to prevent the kernels from burning. Continue shaking until most kernels have popped and you can't hear many un-popped ones moving against the bottom of the pan.
- Turn off the heat and continue to shake, in case there are any additional kernels that pop.
- Add your prepared seasoning blend, cover, and shake to evenly coat the popcorn. Transfer to a large bowl to serve.
