Lemon chicken salad avocado bowls are a delicious and healthy keto friendly lunch option. The chicken salad is light and creamy without being heavy and the avocado adds healthy fat and fiber to keep you full longer.

- 2 cups roughly chopped chicken (roast chicken, or canned chicken)
- 1 cup celery, chopped into small pieces
- 1-2 Tbsp Braggs Seasoning blend
- 1 lemon, juiced (about 2-3 Tbsp)
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp celery seed
- scant ¼ cup fresh chopped parsley leaves
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together, adding more seasoning or lemon juice to taste.
- Serve in half an avocado, with crackers, or on your favorite bread.
