Privacy Policy and Disclosure

A Note From Amanda

Thank you for enjoying A Thousand Crumbs, and sharing your time with me. I am so passionate about food and community, and strive to be transparent with all of my fans.

I’ve been lucky to grow (albeit slow) over the last year of blogging, which has opened amazing relationships and partnerships with fellow foodies and brands.

By developing and cultivating these relationships, sometimes I am the lucky recipient of free goodies, and sometimes I even get paid to write about the products and brands that I love.  I will never endorse or receive compensation for a product that I don’t personally use or believe in.  That just isn’t what I am about.  I want to remain a trustworthy and reliable resource for you as explore cooking and your health and wellness journey, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to come alongside you.

As you will learn (or already know) from reading my blog posts, I am very passionate about health and wellness.  I love learning about nutrition and how it impacts our daily lives. After all, we all eat, right?!  Please do not take any advice or opinions in my blogs without consulting with your doctor first.  I am not a medical professional, and none of the information I share is a substitute for proper medical care.

Thanks again for joining this passionate foodie community and I look forward to sharing and growing more with you in the coming year.
