Description
Easy white bean hummus with lemon and garlic. The perfect appetizer or snack to serve along with vegetables or pita chips.
Ingredients

- 1, 15oz can white beans
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 Tbsp Tahini paste
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil or mild olive oil
- 1-2 Tbsp water
- salt and pepper to taste
- pinch of cayenne pepper, to taste
- paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Using a small food processor or blender, purée all ingredients together until smooth, approximately 2-3 minutes, scraping down the sides periodically.
- Add an additional Tbsp of water if hummus is too thick.
- Garnish with paprika before serving.
